FAQ

  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged. If your artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the damage and the packaging so I can help resolve the issue.

Exchanges are not accepted, as each piece—whether an original painting or limited-edition print—is unique and produced in small quantities. Please feel free to email with any questions before placing your order.

  • What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Every order is packaged with professional care to ensure safe delivery. In the rare case that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of receiving it.

Be sure to include clear photos of the damage and packaging. I will either offer a replacement (if available) or assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

  • Are your art prints signed and numbered?

Yes. All limited-edition art prints are hand-signed and numbered by me, Rojografito. Each print includes edition details and is part of a finite run—once an edition is sold out, it will not be reprinted.

  • Do your artworks come with a certificate of authenticity?

Absolutely. All original artworks and limited-edition prints include a signed certificate of authenticity, verifying their origin and value.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 5–7 business days. For U.S. customers, delivery typically takes an additional 7–10 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. If you're purchasing from the U.S., shipping times may be shorter.

  • Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes! If you live close to my studio (New Haven, CT.) Please select studio pickup when purchasing a product in my store, and we can arrange a local pickup at a time convenient for both of us.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. International orders are accepted for most small items. Please be aware that buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.

For large items like paintings, please contact me and I will personally help with the shipping process.

  • How do mural commissions work?

My mural projects begin with a consultation to discuss your space, community, and vision.

After our initial consultation, I provide a proposal with a timeline, pricing, and deposit structure. Most mural commission designs are completed within 1–2 weeks, depending on complexity and my current project schedule.

After approval, installation usually takes another 1–2 weeks, depending on the size, location, and complexity of the project.

If you're interested in commissioning a mural, please contact me with a brief description of your idea, and I’ll follow up with next steps.

  • How do painting commissions work?

I offer a limited number of custom painting commissions each year. Commissioned paintings begin with a conversation to discuss your concept, size, and any personal or thematic elements you'd like to incorporate.

After our initial consultation, I provide a proposal with a timeline, pricing, and deposit structure. Most commissions are completed within 4–8 weeks, depending on complexity and my current project schedule.

If you're interested in commissioning an original artwork, please contact me with a brief description of your idea, and I’ll follow up with next steps.
